Do I need an appointment or can I just turn up?
Our service is strictly appointment only; however, we are extremely flexible with appointment times. We offer appointments 7 days a week between the hours of 10am-7:30pm. Although we are very busy, it is sometimes possible to make an appointment for the same or next day. So, if you are in a hurry please give us a call and we'll try to fit you in asap.Can I bring people with me?
Yes, due to Covid we are only allowing the bride and 3 other guests who are at least 18 years old. We are not allowing infants or children.How much do your dresses cost?
Most of our dresses are between £350 to £800, we do also hold a range between £800 and £1500.Can I pay in installments?
Yes! We are one of the very few companies to offer our brides the chance to pay for their dress over the course of 3 months with no interest or hidden fees whatsoever. We understand that most people who visit us are budget conscious and we do our best to accommodate that.If you choose this option you will be asked to pay a 20% or £80 deposit (whichever is greater) on the day of your appointment, this will secure your dress for 3 months. You can then pay the remaining balance when you collect the dress.
Do you offer alterations?
No, we do not offer an alterations service although we can point you in the right direction and use our experience to advise with what alterations are likely to be needed to your dress.Can you send me a list/ pictures of what dresses you have?
Sorry but no. Our dresses are priced to sell quickly so we never have dresses long enough to make lists/take pictures but any brides are more than welcome to come take a look/try on the dresses with no obligation to buy.When can I take my dress home?
As long as the balance is cleared in full you can take the dress home on the very same day. Additionally and at no extra cost we will provide a protective gown bag and hanger for easy transportation and storage of your wedding dress.
